Performance reviews
Use AI to refine performance reviews. Values the on-device detector finds are replaced before the request is sent; values it misses can still be sent as written. Review the request text before sending.
The performance review, the medical letter, the legal draft — the writing that most needs an editor is exactly the writing you can't paste into a normal AI writer. cloak-write puts a ghostwriter at your desk. Before the request is sent, the on-device engine rewrites each name, date and identifier it detects as a realistic stand-in in ghost ink. The AI works from the reviewed copy; an identifier the detector misses can still travel as written. Check the request text before sending. Your device re-inks the detected values in the returned text.
Keep your meaning — make every sentence carry it better.
Your finished page will appear here after you add text and run an action.

Referrals and clinical notes proofread with the patient re-inked to a stand-in, DOB and refs included.
Demand letters and file notes re-voiced from firm to diplomatic — client and matter numbers stay on the desk.
Rough case notes written out into formal prose, in any of seven voices — across Latin, Cyrillic, CJK and more.
A WebAssembly engine plus a multilingual name model look for names, emails, phones, addresses and cards in your draft — across Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic, Devanagari and CJK — and replace values they detect with realistic ghost-ink surrogates. Structured identifiers such as emails and phone numbers are matched by rule; formats vary and some values may be missed. Review what will be sent. Free-form names rely on the on-device model, so an unusual one can slip past and remain as written. The preview does not measure egress bytes. Detection sends no draft text.
The reviewed page is sent to the writing model through the CloakAPI gateway. The gateway adds a verification value to the reviewed request. This check does not confirm that on-device cloaking ran. Values detected in the review are replaced by surrogates; anything the detector misses can remain as written. The re-identification map stays in the tab.
The finished page returns carrying the same surrogates; cloak-write maps them back to your real values on-device, issues an on-device receipt carrying the span counts and the hash of the cloaked text you reviewed, and hands you the text to use anywhere.
